As daily conditions around COVID-19 continue to change daily, Canadian food banks are experiencing an increase in need and a decline in food donations.  This situation is affecting over 800,000 Canadians who rely on food banks every month.

Amidst the uncertainty, Macro Properties has donated $25,000 to the following food banks located in communities we do business in:

Saint John Food Bank, $1,500

The Sussex Sharing Club, $500

Toronto Daily Food Bank, $1,000

Melville and District Food Bank, $1,000

Battleford District Food and Resource Centre, $4,000

Prince Albert Food Bank, $4,000

Saskatoon Food Bank, $5,000

Grande Cache Food Bank Society, $3,000

Salvation Army Prince Rupert Food Bank, $5,000

STRENGTH IN NUMBERS

We believe that communities are at their best when people support each other. In order to assist Saskatoon's most vulnerable citizens, Macro Properties has also donated $5,000 to the Saskatoon COVID-19 Community Response Fund. This fund supports the emergency needs of frontline organizations.

Through these donations Macro Properties aims to help our communities during this difficult time so that no one is left behind. We would be delighted if our tenants and business partners were also able to help.
